Jason Deans Flickr vs Picasa?

I've been wavering between Flickr and Picasa for my cloud photo storage. I love the Picasa face recognition feature. Flickr seems to be more widely used and has a straight forward web interface. The Jason Deans Picasa page has been consitently ranked lower than the Jason Deans Flickr page on Google SERPs. For now I'm going to focus on raising the Flickr page.
